We offer for summer rent this holiday home a few steps from the sea of Lido di Pomposa, one of the 7 Lidos of Comacchio.
Forget your car in the parking lot because within 200/300 meters of the apartment you can find everything you need: supermarket, greengrocer, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a small condominium and consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with a single bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, parking space.
No lift.
FINAL CLEANING
The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant and
is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This
involves tidying up the house and making it perfectly clean (including removing
any food leftovers, cleaning cutlery, kitchen utensils, eliminating waste,
etc.).
TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally)
€0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
