Ancient Delta Museum
Finally exposed the finds collected over the years in our area
On March 25 it was finally opened to the public in Comacchio, in the 18th-century Hospital of the Sick, the Ancient Delta Museum with over 2,000 artifacts that testify to the history of the area Comacchio and the Po Delta from antiquity to the Middle Ages. An exhibition that traces the history of the Etruscan Spina, going from Roman times to get to the founding of Comacchio. A single route and to this day known to few, as many objects and works that are shown to the public for the first time.
The museum is divided into five sections that show the prehistory, the Spina age, the Roman age, the load of the Roman ship and the Middle Ages.
