The Ferrara Cappelletti are a typical dish of Ferrara, and are similar to cappellacci while the dimensions are smaller. The Cappelletti of Ferrara is a typical dish similar to tortellini bolognese but differs by it to a less fat pig meat filling as the filling is made with leaner meat, that the schooner of fresh pork. Of course, the filling of this typical Ferrarese plate is inserted inside two thin layers of puff pastry closed ring. This typical Ferrarese dish can be eaten in broth seasoned with meat sauce.
